JobCoach (jobcoach.cc) is operated by Waymaker AI, Inc. (“Waymaker,” “we”). By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Guides, tools, and prompts
The articles, guides, worksheets, guided tools, and AI prompts on JobCoach are free educational resources. They offer general information and practice structures, not legal, financial, tax, immigration, or professional career advice for your specific situation.
We cannot promise any result. Hiring decisions depend on employers, roles, markets, and many factors outside anyone’s control, so nothing on this site guarantees interviews, job offers, applicant-tracking-system results, promotions, clients, or income. Examples on the site are labeled and fictional unless stated otherwise.
The guided tools run in your browser. The job-search workspace supports optional AI application drafting when connected, with explicit confirmation before sending a brief; other tools do not connect to an AI model. Job listings, salary figures, platform features, and company details mentioned on the site can change; check current information with the original source before relying on it.
Optional cloud saving
Cloud saving uses your Waymaker account. Keep your sign-in credentials private. Save explicitly, review a cloud copy before loading it, and keep a separate backup of important work. Conflicting saves require your review. Deleting the cloud copy does not delete downloaded files or browser copies. This service does not submit applications or guarantee document retention or hiring results.
Using AI responsibly
Optional direct application drafting sends only the brief you confirm to OpenAI or Claude, as described in our Privacy Policy. Availability and usage limits are shown by the workspace. Drafts require your factual review; JobCoach does not submit applications. Concierge scope, availability, and price are agreed separately before purchase.
Our prompts are written for an AI assistant you choose. When you use one, you are using that service under its own terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for what you share with it and for checking what it produces.
- Keep your resume, applications, and interview answers truthful. Do not present invented experience, credentials, titles, dates, or results as real.
- Follow each employer’s rules for interviews and assessments. Do not use AI to generate or feed answers during a live interview or assessment unless the employer allows it.
- Remove personal contact details and confidential employer information before sharing documents with any AI service.
Paid sessions, cancellations, and refunds
The AI working session is a 90-minute, one-to-one session with Ashley Kays, delivered by Waymaker Agency, part of Waymaker. The price is shown before checkout (currently $350, in U.S. dollars). It includes the workflow playbook, a recording of the session, and 7 days of follow-up support, as described on Work with Claudia & Ashley. Payment is processed by Stripe.
After checkout you will answer one intake question and receive an email to schedule. The recording is shared only with you.
- Cancel and get a full refund any time before your session is scheduled, or at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time.
- Reschedule free with at least 24 hours’ notice, using the link in your booking confirmation or by emailing us.
- Within 24 hours of the start time, or after a missed session, the session is not refundable.
- If we need to cancel or cannot deliver the session, you can choose a new time or a full refund.
To cancel, email ashley@waymaker.cx. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe; how quickly they appear depends on your card issuer. Nothing in these terms limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.
Email and communications
If you join the email list, we will send occasional JobCoach emails. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. We will still send messages needed to deliver a session you bought.
Content ownership
JobCoach’s text, guides, prompts, worksheets, tools, and design belong to Waymaker AI, Inc. You may use, copy, print, and adapt the prompts, templates, and worksheets for your own job search and career work, and share links to any page. Please do not republish or sell our content, or present it as your own, without written permission. What you write with our tools and prompts is yours.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, interfere with the site’s operation or security, or collect data from it in a way that overloads or harms it. Search engines and AI crawlers that respect our robots.txt are welcome.
Third-party services and links
The site links to other websites and tools, including services we recommend on Recommended tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Our affiliate disclosure explains how any affiliate links are labeled.
Disclaimers and limits
The site and its free resources are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, Waymaker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, earnings, or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a session is limited to the amount you paid us for that session in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version; changes apply from that date and do not affect a session you already bought. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
