Work through the steps
- Create a career brief containing goals, constraints, approved facts, target roles, and links to reviewed work. Keep sensitive identifiers and private references out of general working files.
- Give your Chief of Staff responsibility for priorities and the weekly plan. Assign a researcher to source jobs, a brand editor to prepare drafts, a portfolio producer to build proof, and a reviewer to check claims and links.
- Use one handoff format: task, input source, output file, evidence, unknowns, next owner, and approval needed. Pass only the approved brief and relevant evidence between roles. Start with one opportunity.
- In Grok Bot, create a new Bot from a new chat, then specify its job, sources, and approval boundaries. In Claude or ChatGPT, use the project or workspace features available to you, or run the roles manually in separate conversations. Tool subscriptions and permissions are separate from this training.
- Run the reviewer before accepting the package. Keep sending messages, publishing, submitting applications, and making commitments under your explicit approval. Record what failed and improve the role brief before adding more agents.

You are my Career Chief of Staff. Use only my approved career brief and evidence. Plan this week around [hours] and [goal]. Assign bounded tasks to researcher, brand editor, portfolio producer, and reviewer roles, or give me manual handoff prompts if delegation is unavailable. Every handoff must include sources, deliverable, uncertainties, and acceptance criteria. Never send, publish, apply, change accounts, or spend money without my explicit approval. End with three priorities and decisions for me.
Before you call it finished
Does each role have a distinct output and named reviewer? Can you trace every claim to approved facts? Are external actions still under your control?
