YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY PLAN
Your experience.
A clear way forward.
Choose a direction, review one opportunity, and show what you can do. Start free with no account. Your plan follows the saving choices below.
A readable plan is a snapshot. Use the full workspace backup to restore your work later.
Four directions. Four worked examples.
These fictional people and opportunities show how a plan takes shape. Read an example without changing your work, or load it to explore the evidence, opportunity review, work sample, and weekly actions.
Priya: a stronger marketing application
Move from broad responsibilities to an account of decisions and work owned.
First draft: “Experienced marketer who drives growth.”
Clearer account: “Mapped a trial welcome sequence, wrote the message brief, and coordinated a review with product and support colleagues.”
Useful work sample: An annotated welcome-message revision and a proposed measurement plan. No conversion improvement is claimed.
Next question: Who owns activation experiments, and what measurement experience can Priya actually demonstrate?
Jordan: from support to customer operations
Connect a real skill to a new problem, then identify the gap.
First draft: “Experienced professional with strong communication skills.”
Clearer account: “Created a new-starter checklist and tested it with two colleagues, then revised confusing steps using their feedback.”
Useful work sample: A practice onboarding checklist with owners and exception handling. It has not been tested with a real team.
Next question: Which reporting tools and metrics does the new role own?
Alex: a manageable return to coordination
Name the actual setting of the experience and check current availability.
First draft: “Ready to restart my career; highly organized.”
Clearer account: “In a volunteer role, created an event task list, agreed owners, and recorded open questions for a planning meeting.”
Useful work sample: A practice training-session plan and status update. Volunteer work is labeled clearly; current software proficiency still needs checking.
Next question: Do the meeting hours fit, and which tool should Alex practice?
Sam: one useful client-handoff pilot
Turn general help into a deliverable a buyer can evaluate.
First draft: “I can help with all your operations.”
Clearer account: “A proposed two-week pilot for one client handoff: a process map, checklist, one review, and one revision.”
Useful work sample: A pilot outline with exclusions and acceptance questions. It is a fictional proposal, not completed client work.
Next question: Who approves the work, and what scope, access, fee, and payment timing must be agreed?

Working conditions that fit your life
Record your needs, then check them against each actual opportunity. These notes are not sent with AI application requests.
Your reusable evidence
Keep short, factual examples you can support. Copy a chosen summary into an opportunity review; later edits to a bank entry do not change copies already used.
Bring reviewed summaries from your career profile
Choose a career-profile backup, then select only the summaries you want to reuse. Private source notes, interview answers, and Builder DNA are excluded.
Your job-search channels
Bring up to four platforms from the directory’s device-saved shortlist. This copies public platform IDs only after you choose to import. Future edits in the directory stay separate.

Keep your workspace between visits
Your workspace starts in this page. Enable device saving if you want to keep your full plan, evidence, relationships, resume, roles, reviews, work samples, and drafts in this browser. It is not encrypted by JobCoach; avoid shared devices. Download a backup too.
Device saving is off. Cloud saving is a separate choice below.
Read on your device. A career-profile import brings only the selected resume; private notes and achievement stories stay out. A tracker import adds roles, without overwriting your current shortlist. Review before confirming.

Save across devices with your account
Keep one private job-search workspace in your account. Use your Waymaker email and password. You choose when to save and when to load; signing in does not upload your work.
Checking cloud saving…
Review before continuing
Cloud data is linked to your account and stored with Supabase. It includes your resume, preferences, career plan, evidence summaries, opportunity reviews, work samples, relationship notes, saved roles, and drafts in this workspace. Device copies and downloaded files stay separate. Cloud privacy details.
Discover remote openings & find matches
A real opening.
A useful next step.
Explore a small public selection of remote jobs from Remotive ↗. This is one source, not a complete market search. The shared feed refreshes at most every six hours, and Remotive delays public listings by 24 hours. Remote roles can still have country or time-zone restrictions.
Matching uses the words in the title, posting, and location. It does not assess your qualifications, work authorization, salary fit, or hiring chances. Your resume and search terms stay on this device.
Choose Find matches to load listings. Leave the filters blank to browse all.
Choose a role.
Make your case.
Remove this role, its opportunity review, work sample, and application drafts from your current workspace? Download a backup first if you need a copy.
MAKE A CONSIDERED CHOICE
Is this worth pursuing?
Save or select a role above to start its review.
Your experience.
Relevant to this role.
Prepare your resume, cover letter, screening answers, interview brief, and a list of facts to check. AI drafts receive a second factual check against your resume. Every draft stays editable; your own review is still essential.
Checking direct AI drafting availability…
The prompt option stays on your device until you copy it into an AI assistant. JobCoach never submits an application or contacts an employer.
Your application prompt
Check the facts, edit the wording, and remove confirmation placeholders in your resume, cover letter, and screening answers before marking ready.
Download an application document
Choose one employer-facing document. Private preparation notes are excluded.
Review the final text and the employer’s required format. PDF opens a clean preview; use your browser’s Print command and choose Save as PDF. Turn off browser headers and footers.
The package and individual text downloads remain available above. Word/PDF output includes only the document selected here.
KEEP MOVING AT YOUR PACE
A useful next week.
Relationships & referral planning
Start with people you know or a public professional contact you have a reason to approach. Record your purpose, conversation, and next action. This planner does not find personal contact information, send messages, or promise a referral.
The review uses your recorded dates, stages, and actions. It does not infer rejection reasons from a small sample. Follow-up dates are planning notes; no reminders or emails are sent automatically.
