Verify a real opening. Check the employer’s official careers page, deadline, and requirements. Follow its application instructions.
Match evidence. Use the role-fit worksheet to separate requirements you can demonstrate from gaps and questions.
Tailor and download. In the resume builder, choose relevant entries, review the facts, keep a labeled version, and export the requested format.
Record the next action. Use the application tracker for the posting, resume version, date, and next step. Download its backup before leaving.
Where AI can help
Give your chosen AI assistant a posting you have checked and an anonymized list of your real experience. Ask it to separate explicit requirements, evidence you supplied, gaps, and questions. Verify every suggestion. The AI job-search workflow includes prompts for research, applications, and interviews. JobCoach does not automatically apply, send outreach, or share your profile with these sites.
Which job site is best?
The useful choice depends on your occupation, location, experience, and employment preference. Compare the quality of relevant openings and responses, not how many sites you join. Add employer career pages and professional connections to your search.
Are remote jobs available worldwide?
Some are; many require a particular country, state, work authorization, or time-zone overlap. Check the employer’s full description even when a board labels a role “anywhere.”
Do I have to pay to find work?
Check each site’s current terms. Some offer paid access or optional upgrades; freelance platforms may charge for proposals, transactions, memberships, or payments. A paid platform plan does not guarantee work. Confirm the identity of anyone asking you for money or sensitive information, and read our job-scam guide.
