How to handle an unclear requirement
Fictional example: A posting says “experience coordinating projects preferred.” Your volunteer event may offer relevant evidence if you can explain your role. Record that the posting says preferred, describe what you did, and keep any question about the expected scope visible. Do not rename the experience as paid project-management employment.
